Valutico does not automatically do lease adjustments.
However, the system allows manual additions to the EV-EqV bridge from the Financial Projection Tab. This is where any leasing-related adjustments can be included.
This requires you to upload a business plan that has already been adjusted for certain leasing effects. You can upload any financial model for your Financial Projections - as long as it has a worksheet titled Export that is mapped to our format. You can download the Valutico Template from the Financial Projection tab to get an idea of the format.
