Introduction
MyValutico is Valutico's lead generation and valuation automation tool, designed to simplify the valuation process for both business owners and valuation service providers. By embedding the MyValutico widget into a website, you can capture qualified leads and provide instant, branded valuation insights in minutes.
Business owners complete a guided questionnaire with 22 essential questions, receiving an indicative valuation report in just 10–15 minutes. Their responses are automatically sent to valuation providers as structured leads, helping you convert interest into opportunities quickly and professionally.
Key Functionalities
Custom Templates
Select from predefined templates that align with your valuation approach. These templates originate from the Qualitative Assessment module and allow for structured evaluation of non-financial factors.
View Custom Templates
Indicative Report Exports
Generate reports in PowerPoint format. Exported files reflect both the selected valuation methods and your custom branding. Export templates are based on the Export Reports module and support consistency in client-facing outputs.
Email Template Customisation
Edit and personalise outgoing emails used to share valuation results by modifying the subject line and body text, setting a custom sender name and reply-to address, and adjusting the confirmation and follow-up messages to better suit your communication style and branding.
Getting Started: How to Set Up My Valutico
Access My Valutico Settings
Log into your Valutico account.
Click the MyValutico icon located in the main navigation bar on the left.
This will open the MyValutico module where you can manage settings, templates, and customisation options.
Platform Settings Page
Configure where and how the MyValutico questionnaire is hosted and embedded on your website, including URLs, contact details, and privacy settings.
Field | Description |
MyValutico Name | This name appears in all messages sent to clients after they complete the questionnaire. |
Website URL | Enter the full URL (Page on your website) where the valuation questionnaire will be embedded. |
Embed URL | The Embed URL for the questionnaire is generated automatically by the platform, no need to enter it manually. If a developer assisted with your setup, they can help you locate the link if needed. |
Privacy URL | A link to your privacy policy page. |
Mailing Address | Used in the footer of our client-facing emails. |
Questionnaire Settings
Control the structure, content, and appearance of your questionnaire, from templates and valuation methods to client emails and branding.
Select a Questionnaire Template
Choose a My Valutico template (powered by the Qualitative Assessment module).
To update the template, visit the Qualitative Assessment module from within a any existing valuation.
Select Indicative Report
Choose a preferred export from the Export Reports module.
This report is automatically sent to clients upon questionnaire completion.
Include These Fields

Name – For personalizing client communications
Company Name – Ensures accuracy in valuation reports
EBITDA/EBIT – Critical metrics for assessing profitability
