Whether it's for internal discussions or external presentations, Valutico makes it easy to export your valuation into professional documents. In this guide, we'll walk you through the basics of using Valutico's export templates.

Exporting your valuation

Once you've completed your valuation and are ready to create a professional document, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Export" button located on the Valutico platform.

  2. You'll find two main options for exporting your valuation: Valutico Standard Templates and Custom Reports.

Valutico standard templates

These templates are pre-designed by Valutico and are available in both PowerPoint and Word formats. They provide a quick and easy way to create professional documents. Here's how to use them:

  1. Click on "Valutico Standard Templates."

  2. You'll see templates available in both PowerPoint and Word formats. Choose the format that suits your needs.

  3. The standard templates allow you to customize colors and add your own logos to give the document a personalized touch.

  4. You can export your valuation in six languages, making it flexible for your audience.

Please note that the standard Word export is available only in English. If you need the Word export in another language, you'll need to create a custom template.

Custom reports

If you require more customization and control over the document's content and format, you can create a custom report. With custom reports, you can tailor the document to your specific needs. Here are some tips on how to use custom reports:

  • Click on "Custom Reports."This option allows you to create Word documents with your desired content and layout.

  • When creating a custom report, you can select from more than 50 different placeholders. These placeholders allow you to import data directly from the Valutico platform into your custom report.

  • If you need assistance with creating a custom template, you can reach out to your Client Success Manager for guidance.

Choosing the right template and language

When selecting your export template and language, consider your audience and the purpose of the document. Here are a few tips to help you make the right choice:

  1. Valutico Standard Templates: These templates are great for quickly creating professional documents. Choose them when you need a well-designed report without extensive customization.

  2. Custom Reports: Use this option when you need full control over the document's content and format. Custom reports are ideal for tailoring the report to specific requirements or adding additional information.

  3. Language: Select the language that best suits your audience. You can choose from six languages, providing flexibility for international stakeholders.
