Executive Summary

Introduction

A valuation report is typically accompanied by a written summary that explains the valuation outcome and highlights the key findings. Valutico uses Eva AI to generate an executive summary based on your valuation, providing a structured overview of the company, valuation conclusion, methodologies applied, key assumptions, and the rationale supporting the result.

Generating the Executive Summary

To generate an Executive Summary:

  1. Open a valuation and navigate to the Valuation Overview.

  2. Click Executive Summary in the top-right corner.

  3. Eva AI generates the summary based on your valuation inputs and output. A loading indicator is displayed while the summary is being generated.

  4. Once complete, you can review the generated summary.

The executive summary is stored with the valuation and remains available the next time you open it.

Editing and Exporting

The generated summary is fully editable. You can:

  • Edit the text manually by clicking Edit in the top-right corner of the summary panel.

  • Provide additional instructions to Eva AI to rewrite or refine the content as well as refreshing the valuation based on updated valuation parameters in the chat bar below the generated summary.

  • You will be prompted to Accept or Reject the changes using Eva AI.

  • Include or exclude the summary from Word and PowerPoint exports using the “Include in Report” toggle.

Other Notes

  • Generating an Executive Summary requires an Eva AI Plus subscription.

  • The summary is generated in the same language as selected in your language settings.

  • Once generated, the summary is saved with the valuation and is not updated automatically. You can use the Eva AI instructions to refresh the summary based on updated valuation parameters.

  • If an Executive Summary has not yet been generated, Valutico displays a default summary in exports. Once an AI-generated summary is created, it replaces the default version.
