Showing and Hiding Valuation Methods in Your Export

Valuation methodology/ methodologies don't make sense/ irrelevant/ not needed, hide, remove, export modification, adjustment

Updated over a week ago

Valutico gives you full control over which valuation methods are included in your analysis and reports. This allows you to hide methods that may be unsuitable for your specific case for example, if a method produces inconsistent results or does not apply to your industry.

There are two simple ways to show or hide valuation methods:

Option 1: Directly on the Valuation Tab

  1. Go to the Valuation tab.

  2. Scroll to the valuation method you want to hide (e.g., Discounted Cash Flow (DCF WACC) or EV/Sales).

  3. In the top-right corner of each valuation method box, click the “Hide” icon to remove the method from view.

To make the method visible again, simply click the “Show” icon in the same spot.

You can hide or reveal as many methods as you like, depending on your reporting needs.

Option 2: Manage All Methods in One Place

For a faster way to manage multiple methods:

  1. On the Valuation tab, click “Valuation Methods” in the top-right corner.

  2. A list of all available valuation methods will appear.

  3. Use the toggles next to each method to enable or disable them as required.

  4. Click “Save Changes” to confirm your selection.

This method is ideal when you want to adjust several valuation methods at once.
