Overview

Although Valutico is primarily a valuation tool, it can also be used to identify potential buyers for your client’s company. This article explains how you can leverage Valutico’s features to find similar buyers and transactions.

Using the "Similar Buyer" and "Similar Transactions" Features

One way to identify potential buyers is by using the "Similar Buyer" and "Similar Transactions" features within the Transaction screen. These features help you find companies or transactions that are comparable to your client’s business, making it easier to identify potential acquisition targets.

  1. Similar Transactions: Under this section, you can find acquisitions of companies similar to the one you are valuing. This helps in identifying trends and potential acquisition targets.

  2. Same Buyer: This feature allows you to access the transaction history of the buyer involved in the specific transaction, providing insights into their acquisition activity.
