Many of our clients value companies in that size bracket and find Valutico especially useful for this: -

  • Our analyses always start with a capital markets perspective (i.e. a selection of listed peers), because even for SME valuations you will require certain inputs that are only available for listed companies (e.g. the Beta factor). What makes Valutico especially valuable is that it provides you with a framework for making valuation parameters of large listed companies suitable for the SMEs you value.

  • In addition, we of course have a large (and fast-growing) database of SME transaction multiples that you can use to back up your valuations. We are also constantly adding additional databases, so if you think one is missing, please reach out to our support team and we will look into it.
