Update Account Information: On the profile page, you'll see different sections that you can update. Under the "Account Information" section, you can modify your first name, last name, and phone number as needed.
Changing Email Address: If you need to change your email address, please reach out to our support team. They will assist you in updating this crucial piece of information.
Providing business information
Company Details:
Click on "Business Information" to enter your company name, business sector, and upload your company logo. This logo will be displayed on your valuation reports, adding a branded touch.
VAT ID and Contact Information:
On this page, you can also input your VAT ID and essential business contact details such as the business phone number and website URL. This information will be used to simplify admin processes such as invoicing.
Customizing valuation settings
Brand Colors:
Under "Theme Settings," you have the option to customize your brand colors. You can choose a primary and a secondary color. These colors will be used in the graphs generated within your valuation reports, maintaining your brand's visual identity.
