It is best suited for valuations relying on methods that do not require any Balance Sheet or Cashflow Statement information, such as Market Approaches or the Dividend Discount Model.

Please note that in the absence of Balance Sheet data, the Enterprise Value will be equal to the Equity Value unless the user defines Net Debt positions on the "EV - EQV Bridge" screen. Line items included:

  • Net Sales

  • Other operating expenses

  • EBITDA

  • Depreciation & Amortisation (D&A)

  • EBIT (Operating income)

  • Interest income

  • Interest expense

  • EBT
