Designed to guide you every step of the way, Co-Pilot simplifies data entry, starting with historical year data and offering benchmarking and interpolation support for future forecasts.
How to Access the Co-Pilot for ValuPlan
Access the ValuPlan Screen
Navigate to the ValuPlan screen within the Valuation flow.
Initial Screen Setup
If this is your first time on the ValuPlan screen, the table will be locked, and the Co-Pilot will automatically launch, starting in the "Sales" cell of the "Actual Year" column.
Guided Assistance with Co-Pilot
The Co-Pilot will guide you through entering data for the first year, offering assistance using benchmarking data. You may also choose to manually enter values if preferred.
Unlock Forecasting Years
Once you've completed the "Actual Year" column, the Forecasting years will become unlocked. The Co-Pilot will continue to assist you in filling out values for future years, offering options to interpolate data or keep relative numbers constant and forecast using benchmarking.
Switch to Manual Mode
You can dismiss the Co-Pilot at any time, at which point the table will become manually editable, allowing you to input values directly.
Reactivating Co-Pilot
To reactivate the Co-Pilot, simply click the icon in the top right corner of the screen.
