Valutico enables you to populate the Forecast module by uploading financial statements in Excel or PDF format, both supported by Eva AI (Co-Pilot technology) for automated data extraction. You can import line items from the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
How to Upload Financial Statements
Navigate to the Forecast module.
Click the ‘More’ button menu in the top-right corner and select the ‘Upload PDF/XLSX with Eva AI’ option to upload the financial statements for the Subject Company.
Once the file is processed, the following screen will appear, allowing you to review the extracted data and map each field from the source financials to the corresponding field in the Forecast module. You can also deselect any fields you do not wish to include in the upload.
After confirming the mappings are correct, click on Update apply the extracted data to the Forecast module.
Figures extracted using EVA AI will be highlighted separately.
