Uploading Your Business Plan
There are two ways to upload your business plan to ValuPlan:
Upload via a New Scenario
Upload via the Upload Function
Download a Valutico Business Plan Template
Click on More (top right) and select one of the following options:
1. New Scenario
Select New Scenario, then choose Start from Scratch. Download the relevant Business Plan template, populate the Export tab
To upload proceed to Upload via Excel in the next step.
2. Download XLSX
Populate the Model Template, then return to More and select Upload XLSX.
Once your data is prepared, return to the Business Plan screen, click on the More button, and then select Upload to upload your file.
Prepare Your Data for Upload
The Valutico Model Template includes an Export tab.
If you already have a financial model, you can copy this tab into your existing model for easy integration.
Important: Do not add or remove rows or columns, or modify cell formatting, as this may interfere with correct data mapping.
Financial data should be structured with logical cash inflows and outflows:
Revenues should be positive.
Expenses should be negative.
Cash inflows should be positive.
Cash outflows should be negative.
