Sharing or Copying a Valuation

Share, Copy, Duplicate, Send Valuation to Valutico User, Send Valuation to yourself/ your own account, Template

Updated over a week ago

Valuations are automatically private - only the user who created the Valuation can see it. This includes us here at Valutico, your Valuations are private until you share them with us.

However, there are a number of reasons you want to share a valuation - show it internally, submit it to us if you have a question, or allow someone else to collaborate on it.

To share a Valuation, go to the Valuation Tab. This is where you automatically land when you open a previously created Valuation. On the top right, you'll see the link "Share."

Once clicked, you'll see the text "Current valuation is private". Toggle the button here to the right of this text. Once toggled, a sharing link will appear. Copy this link to send it to others.

If the person you're sharing the Valuation with has Valutico, they can also copy it to their own Project list. Once they've opened the link, on the top-right they'll see "Duplicate to my portfolio".

You can rename the valuation when copied - see more information on changing the name or other vital details of a Valuation here - Can I Edit or Delete a Valuation and its General Information?
