Introduction

The Custom Transaction Management feature is designed to enhance your valuation processes with increased flexibility and efficiency.

Reusability Across Multiple Valuations

Manage and apply your custom transactions across multiple valuations, ensuring consistency and saving time.

Comprehensive Management

View, Add, Modify, and Delete transactions with ease, providing full control over your data.

Upload and Download Custom Transaction Lists

Simplify your workflow by uploading and downloading transaction lists, making seamless data management possible.

Accessing Custom Transaction Management

  1. Navigation: Access the Custom Transaction Management tool from the main navigation, available from any screen in the platform.

Adding a Transaction

  1. Single Transaction Entry: To add a transaction, enter the relevant parties and financial details in the provided fields.

  2. Click Add Transaction to save it.

Editing and Removing a Transaction

  1. Editing: Click directly into the cell of the transaction you want to edit, make the necessary changes, and the update will save automatically.

  2. Removing: Select the row of the transaction you want to delete, then click Remove to delete it from the list.

Uploading and Downloading Transactions

  1. Batch Upload with Excel:

    • To upload multiple transactions at once, click Download Template to download the Excel template.

    • Enter the transaction details directly into the template.

    • Once complete, upload the filled template back into the platform using the Upload option.

Single Transaction Upload: Alternatively, use the Add Transaction feature for a single entry.


Add Custom Transactions to a List of Comparable Transactions

  1. Navigate to the Transactions Step:
    Open the Transactions step in your valuation.

  2. Access Advanced Search:
    Click the Advanced Search button located at the top right of the screen.


  3. Show All Filters:
    Click the Show all filters button to expand the filter options.

  4. Select Custom Transactions:
    In the Dataset dropdown menu, select Custom Transactions.

  5. View Custom Transactions:
    The custom transactions will now be displayed in the table below.


  6. Add Custom Transactions:

    Click the Add (+) button next to the desired custom transaction(s) to include them in your transaction list.
